FIRST TIME AMMUNITION CUSTOMERS: All first time ammunition customers (who do not already have a Federal Firearms License on file with us.) must print out the Ammunition Waiver, (available to the left of the page.) and fax, email, or mail a signed copy along with a copy of his/her valid state issued driver's license, or state identification card. If your state requires a seperate, state-issued document, this also must be faxed, emailed, or mailed.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING: We ship all rifle and ammunition orders UPS Ground. All handguns will be shipped UPS Next Day Air, or Next Day Air Saver. www.southernohiogun.com does NOT generate shipping charges. Shipping charges will be added to the order when final processing is complete. If you wish to know your shipping charges, please wait until the following business day to request shipping.

RETURN POLICY: At S.O.G. your satisfaction is our reputation. If you are not 100% satisfied with a product after you receive it, simply contact our friendly customer service department to arrange for a return authorization. We will gladly exchange the item, or issue a refund.

REFUNDS: Refunds will be made in the same manner in which payment was made. (I.e. Credit card purchases will be returned in the form of credit to the original card account.) NOTE: if we deem a return to be made without reasonable cause, where in our judgement, the product meets advertised condition, the refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
