Shipping & Handling

We ship all rifle and ammunition orders UPS Ground. All handguns will be shipped 2nd Day Air unless otherwise requested. (ie. UPS Next Day Air or Next Day Air Saver.) www.southernohiogun.com does NOT generate shipping charges. Shipping charges will be added to the order when final processing is complete.

Privacy & Security

S.O.G. will not disclose buyer's information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart and to store delivery and account information.

Returns & Refunds

At S.O.G. your satisfaction is our reputation. If you are not 100% satisfied with a product, you may return it, within 30 days of receipt. simply contact our friendly customer service department to arrange for a return authorization. We will gladly exchange the item, or issue a refund. Refunds will be made in the same manner in which payment was made. (I.e. Credit card purchases will be returned in the form of credit to the original card account.) NOTE: if we deem a return to be made without reasonable cause, where in our judgement, the product meets advertised condition, the refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable

Pricing & Availability

Because of the constantly changing firearms market, availability and pricing of products are subject to change without notice. All prices presented on this website are priced at the lowest wholesale cash discount price. Our regular sale price on all items is 3% higher than those advertised. The cash discount price applies only when payment is made by cash, certified funds, money order or check. Any other form of payment will reflect a 3% increase in product pricing on the final invoice. C.O.D. includes total charges of merchandise, shipping, handling, insurance, and C.O.D. fee (UPS and FED EX C.O.D. fee is $11 for ea. box) Customers will be responsible for ALL freight/shipping charges for shipments returned to SOG.

Website

Images on the website may differ slightly (ie. grip style, tactical rail, accessories, etc.) from products that are in stock. Every effort will be made to keep these variations to a minimum. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

Backorders

S.O.G. does accept back orders. If the product you ordered is out of stock, and not to be restocked you will be notified. You may cancel your order anytime if you would rather not wait. Backorders do not guarantee pricing, they simply guarantee that you will be put on a list to be notified when a new shipment arrives.

Taxes

S.O.G. is based in Ohio, orders will only be charged tax if the order is being shipped to an Ohio destination. If you are an Ohio business buying with the intent to resale, you may complete a tax exempt form to avoid Ohio Sales tax. You can fax this information to 513.932.8928. Dealers which reside in Ohio must have a Blanket of Exemption form on file prior to first order being placed, in order for that order to be exempt.
